Since 1989 Rogers Industrial Products, Inc. has been supplying tire presses of the finest quality to the industry. Rogers is recognized around the world for manufacturing tire curing presses of unmatched performance through the use of advanced technology and specialized engineering.

Our M-Class Tire Curing Press, sized for up to 52” molds is the direct replacement for conventional vintage tilt-back mechanical presses. The press contains all of the Rogers' improved components and features better alignment, structure, and controls capabilities over former manufacturer’s models.

The success of this design prompted development in the 1990’s of the Rogers SS1 tilt-back and Rogers SB1 slide-back presses. To this date, our customers rate these presses as the best in their class. Pioneered by Rogers, these were the first presses designed for “Infinite Life”.

Designing structural parts for infinite life starts with finite element analysis performed manually and through a computer-generated model. After achieving consistency between the manual and computer calculations, a proto-type press is constructed and strain gauge testing is used to further confirm the remarkable accuracy of the computer generated plots. The final results display a design fatigue life in excess of 1,000,000 cycles, which, for practical purposes represents an infinite life.

Today Rogers presents our newest and most exciting development—The H200T Hydraulic Tire Curing Press. This press features leak-proof hydraulics, fewer parts, no structural welds, and an efficient load-shape-and-squeeze design. The benefits include faster cycle times, little maintenance, higher quality, and unmatched ROI. This is a 52” press that can normally fit directly into the space of a 42” or 45” mechanical press.
